This is where you register to receive prospectuses and other career information and you tell us how many copies of each you need. Universities contract with us each year to provide you with personalised packs of prospectuses as well as distribute smaller items throughout the year.

Now we also provide you with links to information about universities, contact and location details, links to web sites and downloadable on-line prospectuses.

The types of information you can receive are:

  • Prospectuses
  • Open Days Information
  • Leaflet and brochures about individual courses or subject areas

If this is your first visit to the website, please register by entering your chosen username and password and then click register and input the address details for your institution and yourself. You will then receive an email confirming that your registration is being processed and another email once this is complete.

Please note that if you are registering for the first time the current prospectus requests will be retained and linked to your new registration.

The details are used for calculating the quantities for the bulk UG prospectus delivery despatched annually, usually in the spring/summer. It is also be used for individual prospectuses and career information at other times throughout the year.

Please keep your requests up to date. We pull the data off shortly before each despatch but use the information for calculating quantities at any point in the year. Your registration will remain against your school until a new member of staff registers or you inform us by email or phone to make amendments.
